123 Liga Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 123 Liga online platform, including all sports betting services, live casino games, slots, poker, baccarat, e-sports and all other features available on the 123 Liga website and mobile application ("Platform").

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the 123 Liga Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines and rules published from time to time. This acceptance is an absolute condition of using the Platform.

If you are registering on behalf of a business entity or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" in this document refer to that entity.

2 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 123 Liga's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 123 Liga strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals under 18. Age verification will be carried out during the registration process and may be requested again at any time.
• Location: You must be located in Malaysia when using the services. 123 Liga provides services exclusively for the Malaysian market, covering all states including Sabah and Sarawak.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to any court order that prevents them from entering into financial agreements are not eligible to use the Platform.
• One Account Per User: Each individual may only hold one active account at 123 Liga. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all outstanding balances and winnings.
• Non-Members of the 123 Liga Team: Employees, contractors, business partners, and their immediate family members are not permitted to create an account or participate in any game or bet on the Platform.

123 Liga reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if the eligibility requirements are not met.

3 Registration & Account Management

When registering a 123 Liga account, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information. Required details include your full name as per your Malaysian identity card, an active Malaysian mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs within your account — including any bets placed, deposits, or withdrawals — will be deemed as actions carried out by you, unless you report unauthorised access to 123 Liga within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.

An identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required prior to your first withdrawal or when account activity triggers a security review. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card, proof of current address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

123 Liga offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for the convenience of Malaysian players. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• GrabPay — processed instantly

• ShopeePay — processed instantly
• DuitNow Transfer — processed instantly
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks) — processed within 10 to 30 minutes

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on your payment method and account status. 123 Liga does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method already verified in your account, as an anti-money laundering measure. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes. Withdrawals via FPX or DuitNow bank transfer take between 10 and 30 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by the processing times of the financial institutions involved.

123 Liga reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for security review or compliance purposes. In such cases, our team will contact you via your registered email address or phone number within 24 working hours to request any additional information required.

5 Bonus & Promotions

123 Liga offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance our members' gaming experience. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General Bonus Principles:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as "Nx", where N is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Some games may not contribute, or may only partially contribute, towards bonus wagering requirements — please refer to the specific bonus terms for details.
• The welcome bonus of up to RM 588 is for new members only and may only be claimed on the first deposit. A 5x wagering requirement applies to the total bonus amount received.
• A weekly rebate of 0.5% is calculated based on total bets placed over the week and credited every Monday morning with a 1x wagering requirement.

123 Liga reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using betting techniques that deliberately minimise risk to meet wagering requirements while exploiting bonus value — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to account closure.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section at 123 Liga covers local football leagues such as the Malaysia Super League and FA Cup, major international leagues including the EPL, La Liga, and Champions League, badminton, e-sports including MLBB MPL Malaysia, and a wide range of other sports categories.

• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds that apply are those shown at the time your bet is confirmed by the system, not when you first select a market.
• In-Play Betting: In-Play betting is available for most sporting events. Odds are updated every 30 seconds, and 123 Liga reserves the right to suspend In-Play markets at any time for technical or market integrity reasons.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded. If a match is postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will be voided.
• Official Results: Results recognised by 123 Liga are the official results issued by the relevant governing body of the competition. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the 123 Liga sports manager is final.
• Betting Limit: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and event. These limits are subject to change without prior notice and will be displayed during the bet placement process.
• Accumulator Bet: Accumulator bets involving related matches — for example, two teams from the same league in a single accumulator event — may be recalculated or voided at the discretion of 123 Liga.

7 Casino Games & Fairness

All casino games available at 123 Liga — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, video slots, and other table games — operate on verifiably fair principles.

RNG (Random Number Generator) Games: All video slots and table games on 123 Liga use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited third-party auditing body. These audits confirm that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 123 Liga itself.

Live Casino Games: Live dealer tables at 123 Liga are broadcast in real time from a studio where human dealers physically handle cards, dice, or wheels in front of a camera. This ensures complete transparency — every dealer action is visible to players as it happens.

Return to Player (RTP): The RTP stated for each game is a theoretical average calculated over millions of rounds in the long run. It is not a guarantee of returns for any individual session. Short-term results can differ significantly from the stated RTP.

8 Player Responsibilities & Obligations

As a user of the 123 Liga Platform, you accept full responsibility for the following:

• Use the 123 Liga Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial or business purpose without our prior written consent.
• Ensure that all information provided to 123 Liga is accurate and up to date at all times, and update such information whenever changes occur.
• Accept full responsibility for all losses incurred through use of the Platform, and understand that betting carries the risk of losing the amounts wagered.
• Not using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to access or interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• You must not take any action that could compromise the integrity of gameplay or wagering, including colluding with other players, using insider information, or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud.
• Do not attempt to exploit any bugs or technical errors on the Platform for personal gain — any winnings obtained through bug exploitation will be voided and the associated account will be closed.
• Keep your account login credentials confidential and do not share account access with any other party.

Players are also responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations relating to online gambling activity in their jurisdiction. 123 Liga is not liable for any breach of local laws by players.

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

123 Liga reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Ownership or use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Systematic bonus exploitation or abuse of the promotions system.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant regulatory authorities.
• A voluntary request from the account holder via the self-exclusion feature.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 123 Liga support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded once the necessary review process is complete, typically within 5 to 14 business days. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable turnover requirements will not be paid out.

You may also request a temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours up to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Permanent self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 123 Liga shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if 123 Liga has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting, including losing wagers, which are an inherent part of the nature of betting activities.
• Any service disruption, technical failure, or system downtime beyond the reasonable control of 123 Liga, including disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
• Consequences arising from unauthorised access to your account that occurred without negligence on the part of 123 Liga.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information, statistics, or predictions provided on the Platform for the purpose of making betting decisions.

123 Liga's total liability to you, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the liability claim.

11 Data Protection & Privacy

123 Liga takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All personal information you provide while using the Platform — including your full name, Malaysian phone number, email address and payment-related details — is processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and the provisions of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. 13 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

For material changes, 123 Liga will notify members via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate notice is required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or the services provided by 123 Liga will be resolved through the following process:

• Internal Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact the 123 Liga support team by email at support@123liga.net to give us the opportunity to resolve the dispute internally within 30 days.
• Arbitration: If internal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the applicable rules. The outcome of arbitration is final and binding on both parties.
• Jurisdiction: For any disputes brought before a court, you agree that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be affected.
